Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. For the safety and satisfaction of our customers, opened product packages, pouches, or tinctures cannot be returned or resold under any circumstance — this is an industry-standard practice for electronic products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened, partially used, or unsealed gadget products (for safety and hygiene reasons)
• Products marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase
• VIP-exclusive products once opened
• Products damaged after delivery by mishandling or improper storage
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Gift cards and digital products

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or past its expiration date, please contact support@entora.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the affected product at no cost to you.

Free Returns

Standard returns within the eligibility window are free. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
